Grease and line a 19x28cm slice tin
Process plain chocolate biscuits into a fine crumb. Add butter and mix to combine. Press into slice tin and refrigerate.
Process Mint Slices (or mint chocolate biscuits) into a fine crumb. Add cream cheese and process until combined. Spread evenly over plain biscuit base.
Combine melted chocolate and vegetable oil. Spread evenly over cream cheese mixture.
(Optional) Sprinkle with crushed candy canes or other mint lollies.
Refrigerate until chocolate has set and then cut into squares.
