Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal

This porridge is deliciously sweet with only natural sugars. It requires only 5 ingredients and is ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 apple (grated)
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes
  • Stir then rest for 1 minute
  • Enjoy

Notes

Add a little more milk before eating (if desired) to adjust the consistency.
